Keith Harbin, President & CEO As president and owner of SCM Office Systems, Keith Harbin practically grew up around the copier industry. As an after school job, Keith would help his father, Randy Harbin, work on day to day activities, whether it be rebuilding fuser units for copiers or setting up and installing furniture. In 1989 Keith became a full time employee as a copier technician then moved to managing the service department. Keith then took over the company in 1991. Keith’s dedication to customers and the local community has been the key to the success of SCM Office Systems. |

Scott Giles, Service Manager Scott Giles is our fearless Service Manager. Scott brings together many years of experience repairing office machines with a desire to see every customer truly satisfied. He is committed to provide our customers with quick and reliable service to keep their equipment up and running. |

Tom Bishop, IT & Field Service Tech Tom has over 23 years in the copier and computer service industry. He is our go-to guy for printing and scanning issues. He keeps our network and computer systems humming along and works on Color Multifunction Products, Black & White and color printers, and Sharp's full line of office machines. |
